Turkey is preventing any French aid from coming into the region of Nagorno- Karabakh which has resulted in empty shelves in the markets in this region. The only access that can alleviate this is the road that has been blocked by Turkey. Human rights groups say this will cause starvation to the Armenians in this area. People believe this is basically a repeat of the Genocide of Armenians in the past.
