Make-up artists in Central Florida have decided to volunteer their time to give free makeovers to cancer patients in memory of Talia Castellano. Talia Castellano (13) who had terminal cancer was famous for her youtube make-up tutorials and used to do makeovers for other patients in the hospital. Talia believed that patients would feel better with makeovers.
