America’s most successful stimulus plan has faded into American history and has been largely forgotten. This stimulus plan fueled America’s industrial revolution. Much of the United States is still owned by the Federal government along with state governments. As governments begin to contemplate the colonization of other planets and moons, they may want to remember this amazing stimulus plan.
