Here is some writing advice from Glen A. Larson Who produced such classic television shows as “Battlestar, Galactica”, “Magnum PI” “QUincy”, “Knight Rider” “Six Million Dollar Man” and “The Fall Guy”.
One of my favorite things he used to say was “write ten scripts throw them away and your next one will be good”. My father was a very hard worker and spent a lot of time writing. I remember coming to his home one day and seeing all of his scripts in boxes that he had kept over the years. It was an impressive thing to see all of those scripts in one place. He was never afraid of failure. He told me one time “If you thought of the odds, you would never get in the game.”
