Russian Government Is Planning To Clone Extinct Species Including The Wooly Mammoth

The Russian government is planning to bring back species long since extinct with a new 5.9 Million dollar facility. The frozen species are believed to be in good condition so that DNA may be successfully extracted. Some of the species include the Wooly Mammoth and an Steppe Bison.
