A good Samaritan has been found in Grandview, Missouri. A wheelchair bound mother saw her child being kidnapped by a woman and was helpless to do anything about it. Her next door neighbor Lorin Carr sprung into action and ran after her. At one point the abductor hung the child over the railing. Lorin was not to be deterred. Lorin’s response for doing what he did was “I had to get him back, that’s all I can say?”
