Keith Mutch Just happened to be looking through some coin binoculars that tourist used to view the Long Island Sound when he noticed that a girl had fallen out of her canoe with her dog. He quickly alerted the Coast Guard with his ham and a nearby ferry with his ham radio and then jumped into the freezing water to save her and her dog.
