This good samaritan named Carlos Castellanos was not about to let the passengers inside the bus remain trapped. One of the passengers named Victor said”Wow. The guy is really, really brave,” Victor, said. “I was scared. The water kept rising and rising and rising.” Castellanos ended up rescuing three people on board the bus.
