Paul Goldan wanted to do an act of kindness for his neighbors so he trained his dog Quincy to deliver their newspapers. Paul said “My wife and I decided that, if he can chase a ball, why not go out and get the paper?” Paul was so impressed with his dog an amazing idea came to him.
