New information about Venus reveals that the initial data given to the world by the soviets may be wrong. New data suggest that water which is important to life has been discovered in the clouds in a much larger percentage than was first thought. While the US and other countries have been focusing on Mars for life, the Soviets have focused on Venus and went on further missions. Perhaps they know something that everyone else does not. Many anomalies on Mars indicate that perhaps there is life on Venus.
Phosphine which is important to life has also recently been discovered but further analysis of the information received by the soviets indicate they may have been hiding possible life. By keeping life a secret, they would deter other governments from also focusing on Venus.
