Nov 25, 2015 – Fort Worth, Texas – 81-year-old Eugene Bostick has been rescuing abandoned dogs for more than 30 years. The retired railroad worker built a customized set of train “carriages” from 55-gallon plastic soap barrels and drives his dogs around his Fort Worth, Texas neighborhood twice a week.
